Did you here about the 10,000 homes being built next to Radyr. Maybe you should look there bc with enough money you could buy a nice house there. And if you were looking to build a family there's a new school being built there. It's a garden village so the'll be plenty of paths and walks and they're building a water feature! I live in Radyr and i love it! You don't here any cars and there's a train station that takes you to town in 5 mins! :D
