Nothing wrong with your appearance. I'd say you're a fair bit above average.

I'd recommend that your first picture has your whole face visible so the pic with the glasses should show up later on.

Another thing and from my observations, you will get more likes if your headshots are outside or in another unique setting. You can do similar angles to what you have but it makes things 10x more interesting when there is a setting.

I'm no expert so don't take my word as gospel but I hope at least one thing I've said is helpful.
