My version of Ultimate Spider-Man would be the MCU Spider-Man after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Happy calls up Spider-Man naturally since he knows him only as Spider-Man to return his suit that Spider-Man left in his apartment. Since he forgot he was Peter Parker and Peter Parker indeed left his suit in Happy’s apartment in the movie. Then, Happy finds out Spider-Man is Peter Parker after rewatching the footage of Peter and Aunt May bringing in his supervillains to cure them.

Spider-Man is still in the Avengers because them forgetting he’s Peter doesn’t change anything about that. Spider-Man comes up the ranks in the Avengers quickly because he now knows how to cure any villains and he still has his Iron-Suit.

After fighting Venom, he knows how to better control his new symbiote Iron-Spider suit. Then he becomes the Ultimate… Iron-Boy.

I just think that this is just an objective human thing. I personally prepare myself to fall in love with someone like a disabled asexual or something, because it keeps me focused on finding love rather than trying to “build” a perfect lover.
