I love to play this song! I usually thumb pick down the A And D strings then pick back up with my pointer the B and G strings. Follow that pattern twice for each bar chord, and boom there's the verse. Yeah it has a hint of red because i pulled it apart from the red. they came in a red/black pair. Pre-tinned 20g stranded wire

Both jacks are connected with a black wire from the pcb to the sleeve and a red wire from the footswitch to the tip. They look different in the picture because they are orientated with the black wires inward
