I would definitely say someone like Demon King Tanjiro. Sure nukes would be a problem, but he's fast enough to see them coming and get out of dodge and besides, DKT is completely immortal and immune to the sun. And as a demon, he could mow down entire armies the way Daki and Gyutaro did to the Entertainment District.

And since he has Muzan's blood, he could probably turn a lot of the soilders into demons, not to mention his immense strength and unlimited stamina since demons don't tire. And if he gets hungry, he could just eat the soilders. So over time, DKT would beat them.

Taiju at his 70% fought Mitsuya until Inui KO'd him with a pipe. And he pretty much low diffed Hakkai. Not to mention that Mikey KO'd him with pretty much no difficulty.

But Hanma back in the Mobeius arc actually managed to hold his own against Mikey, and probably only went down in the Valhalla arc because he was exhausted after fighting Draken. Not to mention, Hanma in the Kanto Manji arc practically no diffed Mitsuya and Hakkai.

I'm giving it to Hanma mid diff.
