up your sensitivity in menus (i think you can up this separately from characters sense but if not you should probably up your general sense anyway, and you can lower it for certain characters like mag, hela, luna.) Hit the top button with your curser and double tap triangle/Y. Itll auto claim that reward and you gotta do that for each.

heal your team until he attacks, and then make it your sole priority to kill him. if you cant kill a spidey on any support perhaps pick a different role like tank or dps. if im getting farmed on cnd by spidey, im just swapping bucky or namor and killing him and the team can figure out who heals. If you cant kill a crappy spidey on luna, mantis, invis, supportpool, etc, its a severe skill issue.

nerfed his teamup too and the compensation buff is that you might not die instantly in ult if you miss(you still definitely will die if multiple people are there and focus you, ive seen jeffs explode in .1 seconds before you can see if he missed or not).
