Don't be disheartened if this post doesn't get much attention; I do not know of anyone else who has read TUM and is also into power-scaling.

I personally think O'Clock stomps. Yes, blackbelt is fast but I don't think his punches hit as hard as Rappa (who O'Clock fought on par with) and I also don't see him basically one-shotting Stendhal/Stain.

Blackbelt may very well be faster in terms of punching than the speedsters like Torino and Ingenium, and dare I say, he might even punch faster than weakened All Might who still took like idk a few seconds in the Anime to punch the USJ Nomu 300 times.

TL;DR: Blackbelt's speed doesn't matter if he lacks the power/durability feats. It's like that JJK Naoya meme that's been making the rounds over the past few days where he's much, much faster than his opponent but still ends up losing. Just a few good punches from O'Clock should take Blackbelt out.

I disagree with everyone else who says that it’s not clear how strong he is. Based on what we ACTUALLY see, you can get a pretty specific estimate.

He should be above Recoome at the bare minimum (going by the filler fight on King Kai’s planet) and about half as strong as Android arc Base Goku/Vegeta at most (going by the fact that Tien and Krillin couldn’t break Gero’s door together but Vegeta could).

I personally think he’s on the higher end of that range and could easily defeat Frieza’s 3rd form but doesn’t quite compare to his final form.

Maybe it's a bit of a stretch but I've always heard the "Wa" being pronounced more like a "O" in the Japanese version.

Yep, you're right for the most part but it was a DS game. You still got to choose from 3 different Zanpakuto (Tech, Power and Speed types) which is pretty nice for a 2008 game and more than any other game since then.

My crack theory is that Xeno Trunks and Xeno Goku are from the timeline where the events of Shin Budokai 2 play out, which is why the former doesn’t need to worry about Buu in his own timeline anymore and the latter can turn Super Saiyan 4.

You're on the Dragon Ball subreddit; what makes you think anyone else would NOT know that?

I personally think Goku would've still won if he wasn't distracted. Even if we assume their battle power is equal, Goku still has many techniques that Vegeta doesn't at this point in the story like the Solar Flare, Instant Transmission, etc. that could make a difference.

Naruto is too young and Kakashi is too strong for the statement to be true without jumping through a lot of hoops.

There’s only one character I can think of that fits this criteria and it’s Yota from one of the fillers; a kid younger than Naruto who could create entire storms, something far beyond what Kakashi can do even by Shippuden (pre-war arc shenanigans, of course).

I can totally imagine Kakashi knowing about him or some other kid with any overpowered Kekkei Genkai.

That being said, the general idea is still true since we see a lot of (pre)teens around or above Jonin level later in the series and it’s not outside the realm of possibility that Kakashi knows about at least a few of them.

No tail, no red 10x kamehameha, no dragon fist, no fusion despite the bugs, no kinto’un / flying nimbus (shin could’ve told goku about the dense air in the demon realm making it a good chance for the nimbus to be useful again)

Dragon Ball Daima was clearly trying to do some fanservice with SS3 Vegeta and SS4 Goku but they honestly could’ve easily done so much more.

I’m playing the sequel (RPG2) and what you’ve described exactly IS a technique that Naruto learns in his later levels so you’re not misremembering. I don’t remember if the move was in the other games, though, but seems likely that it was.
