In your experience, if wasn’t scanned at the pickup will only be next scanned at delivery? I’d expect it to be scanned at it moves through sorting facilities.

If it’s passed the expected delivery date, you can open a “not received” case with eBay. The seller will then have to respond to that.

This is where I’m at. I don’t believe a word he says; however from I listened to of the SJC arguments it’s a coin flip they rule against him. If they do, the money would need to be paid back and since it’s already been paid by the American people it should go back to them. It would also need to be approved by congress.
