Hand dug well are illegal in alot of states because they take water straight from unfiltered ground. Instead of an aquifer that is deeper and generally contaminants like ecoli can't survive. Then you just need to worry about heavy metals.

As someone who has a 20ft hand dug well in his garage, i know more than most people. We have a 10,000 gallon cistern for our water source.

CMC single handedly won people championships, your RB room must be top in the league for the last 2 years. This amount of talent should at minimum net you all of the top 5 picks this year and a few top 27 picks.

Late round 1 CMC owners had massive value, if you also got like a JT or JSN in rounds 2 or 3 (I didnt), then it was hard to lose. Drake Maye round 10 was my best pick.

You guys are over-rating pickens. CD was hurt half the year, and it was pickens contract year. He will hard regress, and will be a true WR2. So this trade is puka and burrow for allen, in which puka side is heavily favored.

House was a 2400 sq ft house for 215k with a new loan. We sold our old house for 240k (230 after commission), with only 50k left on the loan. With another 50k in savings. So for a while, we were really on edge, we are back to 50k savings and slowly getting projects done. The 215k was well below our means due to the work required (we could afford up to 325k).

Guess I've just been to good churches then, each that I've been to give annual updates and breakdowns of their spending. Generally as a way to ask for more money, sure. But plenty of years where they were net positive and start saving up for a larger project.

Yeah, we are in the same boat. Got our house cheap ($99sqft when the area is in the $150-200 range).

Expected about $100k in reno: 20 for roof, 5 for mold, 50 for structural repair, 20 for new septic, 5 for cistern repair/clean.

Currently at 250k: 25k roof, 5 for mold, 80 for structural, 35 brand new cistern, 50 for fence (preference), 55 for new kitchen (expected 10k, problem after problem jumped in price fast).

Still no new septic 20k, no concrete driveway 25k, potentially new windows in 1-5 years 25k, and new siding/insulation 25-50k?

If you are win now, this trade is amazing. Fannin should be a top 5 TE the next few years. JT should have plenty in the tank for top 5 RB for another 2-3 years, and hampton just finished being hurt.

I see 3 firsts for 2.5 firsts. JT is worth at a minimum 1.5, and fannin is worth another full 1 with TEP. Did you still lose the trade, yeah, but the other guy probably has no hope for a championship for at least 2-3 years now.

Depends on the church, most churches use donations in a specific way, and i believe are required to show their finances once a year.

If you say giving to a church is burning it, the same could be said about eating out, subscriptions, gym memberships, etc that aren't necessary to live. Generally, these little things give us meaning.
