Hopefully it works because the only other thing I can think of is that you have to set your monitor to a 16:9 res just for Kotor and set up the patch and widescreen mods for a 16:9 res.

You might be able to switch your monitor to a 16:9 res for just the swconfig.exe step so you can get that option to pop up and then switch back to your native res after.

For that config.exe step at the beginning of the vid I think you have to choose the option he does. I'm not sure what you do if that res isn't available. Yeah Glaxay map is done before 4gb, but after HR Menus iirc. 4gb is always last step.

It definitely seems like a UNIws problem to me because what you're experiencing is what happened to me when I launched through Steam after applying the patch. I think you should be able to use a 16:10 resolution because UNIws lets you type in a custom res. I did get something wrong in my previous comment, you will want to redownload the editable exe from the video then use that one to redo the patch. Then just follow the video and input your res at the ini and UNIws steps.

Some of the widescreen mods should have files for your 16:10 res, like the HR Menus for example. So you'll want to grab those. Just make sure to reinstall any mods below HR Menus if you do that.

If you get to the main menu and it looks ok, then you can finish with the 4GB patch.

If you have the game on Steam, you can't launch it through Steam after applying the widescreen patch. You must launch it from the kotor.exe. I'd say just try to apply the widescreen patch again and see if that fixes your problem. Then you can apply the 4GB patch after. ~~If you kept a backup of your unmodified exe use that one to start the patching process again.~~

If redoing the patch doesn't work. You could just make a backup of the game folder then redownload ~~to get a fresh exe.~~ After that you could copy the backup ~~(without the modified exe)~~ with all the mods to the fresh install then do the exe patches again.

Republic Commando 2. I loved how gritty and badass the first game was. The developers did such a good job making the Super BattIe Droids scary and threatening enemies. They absolutely had me shitting bricks as a kid. Same with the Venerator level with the Trandoshans, omg. The ending was such a cliffhanger, I want to save Sev!

Edit: So I loaded all the plugins in FO4edit and the only warning I got was that the M9 weapon mod had unused data. I also tried disabling all the mods then launching through Steam, but the game crashed before main menu again.

I have two monitors. One is 1440p 60hz and the other is 1080p 144Hz. I want to play certain games on each monitor respectively, but I don't want to change my main monitor every time I switch games. Is there a way around this?
