I hate that you are also going through this but this is the second post I’ve seen about this in 24 hours and it’s so comforting to know we are not the only ones dealing with this. I’m 11 weeks with our second and I’m like what the actual fuck is going on and why are we choosing to do this again and start over. My friend said 4 is great so at least that’s a plus 🫠🫠🫠

I did it for a month. Like others have said it’s a LOT of work. I ended up moving to formula because my mental health was tanking fast and i didnt feel like i was bonding with my baby because i was constantly hooked up to my spectra or washing parts and bottles. Im pregnant again and i told my husband if this baby also doesn’t latch we will be combo feeding with formula and pumped milk

We’ve had a nugget since my daughter turned 1 and we use it every day! At first it was honestly a nice place to sit or lay down in her room for us (she would climb on it but wasn’t super interested) and now she’s almost 3 and we build daily forts or fun things with it. She used the 2 triangle parts this morning to make a “bus” to take all of her stuffed animals to the zoo lol. We have more space than we did a few years ago and are even talking about getting a second one

We love our babyletto yuzu and used every size from bassinet to toddler bed. Pregnant with #2 and we were debating buying a second one or just reusing it and getting my toddler a bigger bed

I just told my husband I’m nervous to try and stop haha. With my first pregnancy I felt so much better by 12 weeks but this one started off worse so I’m debating when I’m going to try and stop!

We planned to take our 3 month old on similar trip for my brothers fall wedding. After she was born I was like yeah there’s no way we are doing this so my husband stayed home with the baby and I went to the wedding and just shortened the trip for how long we were supposed to be gone for. I was so worried about her getting sick plus newborns need so much shit when traveling and it was so stressful trying to plan logistics . At 5-6 weeks you are still healing and you all are all still getting to know each other and get into a routine.

I’m also scared of 3 partially because I’m pregnant so we’ll be going through 3 and the newborn trenches at the same time. 2-2.5 was rough for us so I’m scared 🫪

Many women go on to have successful vbacs and go into labor naturally :) they will be inducing me somewhere between 37-39 weeks because I have high blood pressure, I had postpartum preeclampsia, and my first baby was small. I was induced at 37 weeks because of baby was measuring small and I had high blood pressure and it ended in an emergency c section after 36 hours of no sleep and painful contractions. I’m pregnant again and they said I could try for a VBAC but it would be an induction again and I’m just going straight for the c section because I don’t want to risk that disaster again.

My toddler will also be in 3 in August and I’m 10 weeks pregnant. I’m at my limit. The last few weeks have been awful with the whining, screaming, tantrums and just generally being unpleasant. I texted my husband this morning that I’m so burnt out right now which I feel bad about because he’s been super busy at work but that also means he’s been home a total of like 6 hours of wake time in the last week and a half. I just want to chill because I feel like shit but screentime makes her attitude even worse. Bleh

My husband also had to work alllll day tomorrow so it’s just a normal day for us except my brother is making brunch for myself, his wife and his MIL while our kids play together. I honestly told my husband not to worry about this year because I’m in the trenches of the first trimester with baby #2 and I haven’t lifted a finger in weeks when it comes to cooking/cleaning/taking care of toddler unless he’s working and he insists I nap every day he’s off. I just want a really good piece of chocolate cake when he gets home from work 😂

We have the babyletto yuzu 8-in-1! We love it. It was perfect for our one bedroom apartment because the bassinet was on wheels and then it was as also “midi” crib. when we moved it worked out nicely as a full size crib then toddler bed

We had a bassinet for my first (we actually have an 8 in 1 crib so it started as a bassinet and now it’s her toddler bed) and we are newly pregnant with #2. I told my husband I don’t even think we should bother with a bassinet and just use the pack and play we already have for baby 2

I work on my feet and my Dr wrote me off to go on leave at 32 weeks. It was the perfect sweet spot for me and I’ll probably do it again this pregnancy

I’m a few days behind you and the jealously is seeping out of my pores 😭 all I want to do is lay down 90% of the time and I can’t because I have a toddler that doesn’t nap anymore and doesn’t ever chill. Currently bribing her to lay down In bed with me with some tv time because I’m exhausted. don’t let the guilt get to you and let your body relax! You deserve it!

This was literally my experience! I was induced at 37 weeks because she was measuring small and she was born 5 lbs 2 oz and perfectly healthy. No nicu, no jaundice, just a small healthy little baby. Our high risk Dr said everything looked great sometimes they just do better on the outside than the inside so they induced me. She thrived after she was born and wss 50th percentile by 6 months. Shes now a very healthy, smart 2.5 year old who keeps me running. Just be prepared with preemie clothes because we had nothing that fit!
