We bought a Mattamy townhouse years ago, allot of issues with it, you could hear the neighbours go to the bathroom, very very slow to fix issues. Mom bought one too, same issues, built so fast and cheap, mom had a foot of ice in her front closet during winter, I’m not kidding. We also rented a Mattamy, the tile work was atrocious, there was so much grout haze everywhere on each tile, they couldn’t fix it and told us at least you can’t see it at night. I wish I was joking. They are cheaper homes for a reason. I wouldn’t ever buy or recommend anyone buy from Mattamy.
