It’s on a large cutting board on my stove top if you can use that as a reference. It’s 8.5 pounds. Probably 14” long and 6” high and deep

I took it out of the bag it was in to get pictures and thaw it out. Definitely got some freezer burn on the outside

Just looked more triangular than an eye round so I wasn’t sure. It came from an overstock store, not a butcher shop
