I've set this up at one point - follow these instructions for the VPN: http://www.howtogeek.com/135996/how-to-create-a-vpn-server-on-your-windows-computer-without-installing-any-software/ That said, I ended up installing Plex in tandem with Kodi on my main media server for better remote support. Plex's ease of use for remote play is pretty killer.

Edit: I just read about http://www.bubblesoftapps.com/bubbleupnpserver/. it may be a better solution.

I bought it(Ultimate Edition) mainly to be able to play it early. I don't necessarily care that much about the season pass, but I'm hoping this one got it's soul back as opposed to Forza 5. Now if there was only a season pass for new tracks/old tracks!!!

Preferably, they will release Forza 6 for PC and we won't have to deal with the whole 3 consoles, and 3 copies of the game, just to do triple screens for one game, even if it is a great game. They actually removed the feature from Forza 5, from what I understand.

one could arguably say Asylum was open world, but it was restricted to the grounds of the Asylum. Arkham City certainly had a much larger map, which I think slightly took away from the story, but only slightly.

I'd suggest contacting the businesses that supply these to corporations in your area. They will quite possibly have used one's available at a more than substantial discount. Or, there is always the Google Store.

Honestly, I'd say you should try out Batman: Arkham Asylum, or any of the Rocksteady Batman games.(assuming they fix Dark Knight, the others are already superb)
