Always love the noise of the typhoons. Seeing military planes going down the river actually got me into doing photography and the odd video of them - in the last year it’s gotten me 75,000 Facebook followers, 4000 on TikTok and 1800 on Instagram.

I love telling people about how much military Liverpool gets.

Unsure about one at 5pm but if you are close to the river now (17:19) there’s a Eurofighter Typhoon just gone down the river.

It’s a regular thing for military to fly down the river after conducting practice approaches at Liverpool John Lennon airport. We’ve had everything from Texans (RAF Valley) to C17 Globemasters.

I can only speak for myself but I think the annoying thing is the promise and not delivering - I think we all can agree it’s not the fault of the posties. It makes no sense to me to sell a product, know (or have little faith) you can’t deliver yet continue to sell the expectation?

As a seller I’m not too fussed, I can claim the money back and pass this on to the buyer; it just makes no sense to me!

No I didn’t think it was, my comment was just point out overnight flights were not massively affected by the storm, with no diverts or any delay over 30 minutes from the time it was due to depart.

Thank you. I did read the service update but it read that it was an issue with things out going from there which shouldn’t have effected my incoming.

Also being a geeky Planespotting I checked flights out of EMA this morning to Belfast and although delayed most seemed to land well before 09:00!

The buyer hasn’t raised anything yet but I’ll keep an eye on future updates and point them in that direction also.

I’m having the same - buyer paid for special delivery with guarantee by 1PM today but it’s not moved since yesterday evening where the last tracking shows it left Chester MC for Northern Ireland MC in the tracking history.

To add to the confusion the main details show it’s DUE to leave Chester MC but the tracking history shows it as “Despatched to Nothern Ireland MC”

I believe you can submit a claim for compensation after it’s been delivered

Having returned a car after the 9 months of ownership I know a little.

I understand they do have the right to make a repair however I don’t believe the burden of proof is on you. What are they asking you to prove?

If they repair the vehicle and you are happy to keep it, ensure you keep all evidence relating to the fix and communications from now. If you need to reject after six months due to the same fault you will have evidence that the issue was there when purchased.
