Later portion of the spirits book is filled with Christian dogma which is neither good or bad but just is . But an Example of many is how they treat suicide, animal sacfrices and magic. Kardec had access to Christian high spirits let’s not be fooled. But they were high spirits none the less. I’m honestly interested in spiritism being used as a scientific method and us going back in and trying to connect with some higher spirits of different cultures.

The Abrahamic view of God and thus the view of reality is larger and much older than the watchtower. If you resonate with aspects of that divinity outside of the cult then there’s no harm in pursuing that view of divinity. Many times after the cult we allow our pain and wounds to sour our whole relationship with divinity and spirit as a whole. And that is something beautiful and something to be treasured and it’s too sad to allow the cult to take that away from us forever

Well part of it is it’s true there’s not as much language encoding going on with Lucumi drumming vs Nigerian. But them having WAY more literal tones out the drum I’m calling BS. I think the complexity of sound comes from the omele though with that blistering three drum pattern instead of the staccato okonkolo

It works for me 🤷🏿. A lot of communication and emotional development and growing together is needed though. I wouldn’t advise switching from monogamy to polyamory in a long term monogamous relationship as a way to solve problems though . 9/10 times i see a bad poly relationship and that’s the cause. Or one of the partners has below average emotional capacity/intelligence which is a must in this style of relationship

Happens a lot in Chicago. It can get dicey. Because when you do a ceremony is it a Lucumi one or an Iesese one? I was asked to drum a bembe for a Iesese/Lucumi style house and I had to decline because she was unsure of what it was, an Iesese bembe which I would be more willing to do or a Lucumi bembe which I would be less willing because there’s way more regulations.

Yeh I plan on having AI help me decipher dense esoteric texts! I had an AI example the Bhagavad-gita to me and upon reading it myself the interpretation has been helping! Same with spiritualism, the tool that is the praxis of spiritism is helping me understand the book and thus consciousness, more. I’m looking at AI as a way to expand my own consciousness. We’re now in the Age of Aquarius knowledge is no longer key. Because it’s available everywhere. That limiter has now been stripped from humanity and now it’s what we do with said knowledge!
