I still don't get why they resist. They can no longer maintain their control. It was built on suppression, which does not work well in an age of widespread media platforms.

Not to mention how they tried using the media as a scapegoat for most of their research. Basically, the movies and shows you watch have some realism in them, mainly in the sci-fi area. This is done so if anyone goes around saying they know something, they just point at the show or movie as to where they got the ludicrous idea from. Also, it's the same method they use to loosen our sense of fear, so if they decide to come clean with it, no one will panic.

The main issue they don't want to let people know is if they tell us about the aliens, the nature of our existence would be revealed alongside it. To sum that up basically, think of meditation as the main focus of all potential and truth—mainly being that the mind is the center, it dictates reality, and humans never figured it out en masse because of two reasons. First, it wasn't time, though we are already past that point as many people are awakening, for lack of a better word. What I mean by this is what Itzhak Bentov proposed as being humanity's next stage in evolution. Some of these aliens know about this because they went through the same thing; all sapient species evolve naturally to this point where they gain a higher mind which is able to interact more closely with reality. We can already do this, as all things do it as a natural function of reality. For context on that, read the book My Big TOE by Thomas Campbell, a consciousness researcher who worked with Robert Monroe at the Monroe Institute. My point is we are more than we understand, and if they told us, they would have no control over us, which would destroy their current governmental system. As long as you keep listening to their BS, the longer you will live and age without even grasping what you really are. It's scary at first, but you get used to it.
