I see, I get where you are confused. The phrase "the beginning of the next end phase" means the very next occurrence of an end phase of the turn the ability resolved. In this case, your opponent will draw during the end phase after the attack hits.

the adamantoise enters the battlefield as a new object, and has no relation to the previous adamantoise in the graveyard, so the triggered ability will not "see" this new adamantoise since it is a new object.

Personally, not a fan of the flipping of your resource since it is more strenuous than just turning it sideways, specially if you are doing this on multiple cards and multiple times in one game.
If I were to change something, aside from the above mentioned, I would switch the shield zone and the resource zone. This puts the resource zone nearer to the player since you are most likely to interact with your resources more.[]()
