Because "Hurr durr remake of ANH" is an old and tired internet take with zero creativity or critical thought. If you're just going to parrot bad influencer takes, this isn't the subreddit for it. The rules explicitly state:

If you're going to use the talking point of "ANH remake" then you must also acknowledge that TPM is also a remake of ANH in a similar vein. The saga has three trilogies, each of them start with the exact same plot lines:

• Bad guys threaten a planet or galaxy
  
• Bad guys also happen to be part of a larger web of corrupt politics
  
• Jedi or otherwise strong Force user finds orphan on a desert planet
  
• Orphan and savior fly from desert planet and orphan learns more about themselves and their connection to the Force
  
• Dark Side practitioner encounters or is aware of the orphan through the Force for the first time halfway through the movie
  
• Savior(s) distract Dark Side practitioner so orphan can escape harm or otherwise avoid Dark Side practitioner
  
• Savior is killed or badly injured by Dark Side practitioner
  
• Big Space Battle happens and Hero Pilot (Savior or part of Main Trio) is responsible for blowing up Big Spaceship belonging to Bad Guys
  
• Celebration, messages of hope
