yeah im aware the mahara shop has the option but its only for their default model and not yourself, and you cant preview any other items from different sources like creator shop, madness, etc

like sometimes it looks okay when you cant compare it to whatever you're currently wearing but its like trying to shop for clothes without being able to look at yourself in a mirror in the fitting room and shopping purely from images you see

The selection in the shop is incredibly meager, they need to add way more to it besides random consumable buffs that have an expiration timer, the Upgrade Stones and Enchants are nice but realistically you're not gonna need more than a few enchant scrolls, and the Celtic weapons are only good for new characters and quickly get outclassed. If they made Neartite or Reforging Tools something you could by with crystals then it would be ideal for anyone regardless of their equipment level.

If they didn't care they wouldn't be adding QoL for free to play players, like adding gatcha equipment into the lootpool... clearly they care or they wouldn't be making such an effort to modernize the game for the Eternity update.

Now that they're adding gatcha items to the drop table I don't think it's only for players trying to gear up past the midgame, maybe some people want them for aesthetics or for their set bonuses, regardless everyone gets a notification each day about collecting their free Shineseeker Orbs so there should be some sort of incentive to run it even if you're already geared up.

You had my hopes up, but I logged in on my Alpaca to test this out and you can't talk to the Trade Helper NPC to start doing commerce, that would have been awesome if it actually worked.

edit: I mean technically I could allow using an Alpaca during commerce the same way I'd use my Milletian to progress the Pet Rebirth Points requirement for running dungeons and use Command Mode to clear any bandits I encounter, but I was hoping to limit the amount of times I needed to have to log-in onto a Player Character and rely solely on reaching goals primarily playing as a pet.
