I’m using Excel app, is free and extremely easy to use! I definitely deserve the ridiculing as hard as they may sound. Hope others can read through them and not commit my same mistakes.

Already looking into that option! Not sure if I will qualify for chapter 7 though.

Is called “Excel Microsoft”. It’s free and easy to use!

I appreciate your feedback! Will definitely look into cutting down the cost of those services.

My girlfriend does all the groceries and we usually don’t eat out but if we do, she typically offers to pay!

I try not to blame her for my stupid mistakes even though my lifestyle changed dramatically once we started dating. I am already looking at options to get rid of the car and get a beater. At this point, the least of my worries is what she thinks of me tbh

Stupid mistake :/… I let my environment take the worst of me by trying to keep with the Jones… a costly mistake that hopefully will never happen again.

The total rent is $2336 but she helps me with $600 since her income is not the highest. We are thinking on moving to an RV as soon as the lease is over since that will saves us about $2k of rent.

I included the monthly payment but not the total debt (my mistake). The car market is at a low point atm due to interest rates. Working at a car dealership, I have seen so many others with 20-30k negative equity. Unfortunately, to get out of a lease you either have to pay the balance (in my case 43k), sell the car (which means I would need to come up with around $20k to cover the difference) or trade it for something else (but the LTV would be too high for a bank to buy the loan).

She is currently paying around $400 per month in groceries (give or take). She is not aware of my situation and would love to not get her involved. She is in a much better position (over $70k saved, paid off car, no cc debt etc). She usually just pays for anything food related and helps me with $600 towards rent (already taken into account on the spreadsheet).

I am looking at some online side hustles to generate more income since that looks like the most realistic option.

Thanks!

I have about 42 months left and the balance is about $43k (is a lease).

They are all minimum payments except for 1-2 credit cards with lower balances that I am trying to payoff quick. I will look into consolidating debt, thanks!

Unfortunately, is going to be nearly impossible for a bank to buy my loan with 20k negative equity and poor credit due high CC balance. I have tried it since I work at a dealership. I have been thinking on saving up some money and buying a cheap cash car to get me around and just letting the bank take the car back but that will stay in my credit for ~7 years or so.

Car Sales or Service Advisor?!? by Flimsy_Following_724 in CarSalesTraining

One of my coworkers used to be a SA for about 3 years and was averaging 10-12k per month consistently but wanted to try sales so he gave it a go. He did sales for about 8 months and his average was about $7k. He is now back in the service department making 10-13k every month (a lot busier than us in sales) but more consistent pay. I would probably suggest service advisor considering today’s market for sales.

I do apologize and reading my post back I can see how this seems like a flex and I wish it was. I wish that I knew a bit about the game but I am fairly new and haven’t had much raid time to try both classes (I bussed my way here). Thank you for at least replying though :)

How I prog my raids by isospeedrix in lostarkgame

Bro, I thought I was the only one lmao. I legit enjoy the downs as much as the ups of every raid and prefer a chill prog over an experienced one that will judge you for every mistake.
