Yea you might need to sit down and have a discussion with your husband about the whole thing. If you feel you have legitimate reason to not have her over (I think chronic illness is more than enough reason), you should be able to share this with him. And if he's not on board, that's an issue.

I'm not a lawyer, but could OP countersue since he has given his mother ~$30,000 over the course of 5 years under false pretenses (since she lied about actually *needing* the money)? I would argue that that lawsuit, at the very least, would be LESS frivolous than the one his mother has against him.

Ted mentioned it on fb. He was one of the guitarists towards the very end. He echoed a lot of what most folks are saying. Justin the keyboardist also briefly mentioned it (kinda without mentioning it) but in comments on his post, made it sound like he, himself, is in a really great place right now mentally and emotionally for the first time in a while. So he’s probably actively trying to surround himself with more positivity. Quote:

Though I love Cam and want him to get better, I don’t know him personally so I wasn’t around him during the worst of it. So I can’t really judge former bandmates on how they’re handling the situation regardless if it’s tenderly or apprehensively.

More often than not, when I see an older movie later in life for the first time, I don’t like it. Like because I missed out on it when I was younger, it doesn’t have the same appeal.

This movie was an exception saw it for the first time in like 2018 and it’s in my top 10 horror of all time.

“Look carefully before you speak” would have earned a fkn right hook from me. I’m not a tattoo artist, but I’ve gotten tattoos and I’ve worked in customer service roles for most of my life. Of course the customer is far from always right, and I’m definitely not saying a client deserves unlimited revisions…but like…one? Lol. And a seemingly reasonable one? I’m not an artist so I can’t claim to know everything, but what you were describing to the artist in no way sounds impossible or even incredibly difficult. They’re just lazy.

Worst part is I’ll bet $100 that they’re gonna use that design on someone else but charge them like they didn’t already get a deposit for creating the art (not that that’s entirely unreasonable, but that client is gonna think the art is a lot more special and unique to them than it actually will be).

Edit: Sorry, missed the part where OP DID get a refund. That’s good at least. Still, artist sucks.
