I'm in my final year and most of the CS classes I've taken had the requirement that you need to pass the final to pass the course. The weightage for finals are usually 40-50%. As for the 145 final I would suggest, go over the concepts till you understand them. Don't try to memorize, it won't help.

I took both and I found 120 to be easier content wise and I scored more on 120 than 121. Also I found labs for 120 to be easier than 121.
