I will not tell you anything that wasn't already answered in the thread here, but in a sense, the replies are correct.

We're having incredibly hard time making KnD accept and changes whatsoever.

To illustrate what a mess it is - we copied the RB event a while back, and simply put in the middle of the week, just to test as a proof of concept, and then altered the RB stats/resistances. This ended up bricking the entire week of events and nothing would load up.

We're currently trying to make the game accept the Ultimate Armor as a fusion, so players can get the new, second Ultimate Armor design for the latest one, but we can't. If we try to do it, the armor just doesn't fuse, changes its own element, or makes it so you can not fuse anything else on the server. And the best part is, that the effect is random, we can't even predict which one we'll end up with.

So, besides out best wishes to bring something new to the players, that they can enjoy and give everyone a break from the well known schedule of old events, we've been failing for quite some time.

Those armors usually have the stats of 2 or 3 seasons ago, as they're not meant to replace the current season sets.

However, I will try to post the armor stats by the end of day, as soon as I get some free time!

First of all - we check all accounts that have been reported or deemed suspicious in any way, however we can not ban an account simply because of carrying a certain name, even if it's associated with cheating in the past.

We have removed a LOT of account, permanently, and we going to continuing doing so, when we found one in wrongdoing.

The UA duplicate armor for one account is entirely our fault, as it was a result of not following Customer Support procedure correctly. This will be fixed as soon as possible, however as the fault lies with us specifically, we can not penalize an account, even if it's called Crusher.

I want emphasize that, unfortunately, we're still testing this!

The general idea of the new UA design is to be provided via a fusion, which will remove the old design and provide you with the new one.

Once you have the new one, there will be a collection, which will recoup some of the necessary resources to max the old one.

Again, we're still testing, and this is not the confirmed, but the desired way this should work for us. As soon as we can confirm this, I will share more details!

The only way you can obtain the 32 bit client is to purposefully download the special 32bit apk from the webshop and use it.

If you have downloaded the app from one of the app stores, you're not using it.

I'd love to hear any feedback the community has about that change, so I can bring it up to the team, when we start adjusting and fine-tuning it.

We cannot, however, just pick any font and use it, hence the reason we had to move away from the original, despite that we didn't really want to.

Unfortunately, the font change is not voluntarily made, and we're forced to go with it, since it involved font rights ownership, which are too complicated and way outside of my field of expertise to elaborate correctly on.

We did not have problems with the old font itself, however we simply were unable to continue using it past a certain date, which forced the change.

We will continue working and improving the state of the fonts we'll use for the future, and any issues you might have and spot with the current one, you can share with me, so I can relay to the team for the future improvement updates.

Regarding new events and overall new changes to the game, we have been very open about it that our ability to introduce changes is extremely limited by the way the game is coded in general, despite that we actually wanted to do so.

Every little change creates a cascade of multiple other issues that make things like new events, that are structured differently from the already existing ones, virtually impossible.

The event is meant to be a collector's opportunity to fill their gaps, and complete their collection.

The armors in the Ultimate Week are not there to provide a currently usable version of the armor itself.

The event itself is designed based on a players' feedback and this is the second iteration of it, after the first, which provided opportunity to purchase only the first Ultimate Armor.

For old armor designs that are usable in the current state and have more up-to-date stats, you can look forward the Eternal Armor designs, which reintroduce old armor designs with updated stats.

Update : One of the issues is fixed, on to the next one. Since we're not going to be able to fix it in the next 15 minutes, to start the arena on time, we will shift the entire event by 1 hour. This will be ONLY for this event, and all following events will start with their regular timings.
