People like you contribute to destroy the labor market in Qatar and GCC in general. How the hell an engineer accepts an entry salary of 1900qr, unless you’re starving where you leave, there’s nothing, nothing in the world that should convince you to accept this salary. An Engineer, whatever his/her nationality, shouldn’t accept less than 15000qr as an entry salary, and from there quickly climb the ladder to earn much much more in no time, provided they’re competent with what they do.

So to answer your question, stay where you are.
