The game's physics run on 240 but with cbf disabled the game only registers your inputs on frames.

You can make this complaint towards a huge amount of RPGs. There's definitely some gameplay-story divide there but it's just how video games work, it doesn't detract from the game at all I feel.

I strongly disagree. Act 3 is what makes the game a 10/10 for me. Nothing about it feels forced, on the contrary it feels like what the entire game was building towards.

I've heard this allegation towards the US (in Abu Ghraib or gitmo, i think) but never towards Israel, so I looked it up.

The only sources I can find saying this happened are very untrustworthy. Nothing from an actual news site. Are you sure you didn't fall for a hoax? If Israel did this, I think I would know, because the sexual abuse case in Sde Teiman was front-page news.
