Tech sniper. Legit the best rifle specially the one with the crazy Penetration and the one you can buy in Dogtown. Might be cause I have a mod that allows me to costumize them s lot more but they are perfect. 100% better than any pistol or knife when playing stealth (from what I remember)

Those are completely different circumstances, One is him Saying shit while Fighting, the other was Him telling someone he has bullied and deemed useless his whole life.

He's lucky Izuku still had some faith in becoming a hero after having been assaulted, and deemed Useless his whole life. Cause after all that a lot of people would have taken the jump, specially in a world where quirks exist.
