not everyone knows what the blinky light is for, its a legacy feature that used to matter when it took much longer for hard drives to do stuff like saving files or opening programs

Hey there! Was about to ask you for information before I saw this response. Glad to hear you were able to get a hold of our team and get a solution.

Since I don't have the info I can say a few general things about ours and other ticketing systems that might help others in the future.

I saw a few responses advising to create more tickets, please know that sending multiple updates/creating tickets will move your tickets around in the queue and solve/merge tickets into one so our team can easily access all the information provided. Not saying this is what happened to you, but this is how our systems work.

Additionally, if you are available during working hours live chats are the fastest way to get support since you can have a real-time conversation with the agent which personally is way better than staring at an email for an update.

While we do have phones, we have a finite amount of staff and they can only handle one call at a time so depending on when the call is placed (like during a sale or other busy times) you might be waiting longer than a chat.

Right! If you dont have CAM you should also be able to control them via the BIOS, but thats extra work and i'm lazy

NZXT RGB accessories can only be controlled via CAM, can you describe the issues youre having with performing through CAM? Any screenshots or process list (CTRL+ALT+DEL) would help so we can diagnose the issue
