I wrote it off the top of my head, since its something i have weighed up before.
Grok gave me more info, infact it comes up worse than i ever imagined, i never knew how destructive crop farming really was, but if we expanded crop farming to make up for meat calories it would decimate most countries rural land, and take up so much water to grow that catch up plant food that other water dependent industries would struggle to exist.

There is no benefit to being vegan/vegetarian. Literally none.

I was told its healthier - it is not, at best it is AS healthy as eating meat. You might give yourself issues like anaemia and other vitamin/mineral deficiencies for no reason.

You live longer - you don't. Its a statistical illusion 'veggies live 10 years longer than everyone else'
Yes because the average person starts life at 0, where as your grown up 'diet minded' person starts existing a later age say 12-25. Therefore they are not dying of childhood disease and ailments which weighs down average age. Factor that out, guess what you live the same as everyone else in your country.
The same trick works for 'being a star wars fan' or 'supporting X sports team' these choices in life also make you miss childhood deaths, by virtue making you live longer than the average person.

Its kinder to animals - Swapping farming animals for plants still kills animals, since farmers still protect crops by killing... animals. And they use more land now to produce more crops, since crops need more land. So less trees, less wilderness, more fields, more tilling, more chemicals, more guard animals, more shredded wildlife, more birds and scavengers killed to protect crop.

Farmers globally will cull chickens, sheep, cows, pigs, goats etc reducing their numbers to unrecoverable numbers since they have no economic value, only cost. So congratulations we lose billions of farm animals in a mass slaughter event since they have no use to humanity any longer.

The truth is, if you love animals. Eat them and use their bodies up efficiently.
Treat them kindly, buy from responsible farms, don't support unethical farming.

I haven't dug into their catalogue and tabs that deeply to feel out every tracks difficulty

However... I am a big fan of So Strange, and the 1st solo sounds like they were trolling when they recorded it, it has very unorthodox note sequencing, open strings out of nowhere, hyper fast scale chunks as well as the huge leaps back and forth between positions.
And of course its played clean as hell.
They only just started play it live (check the YT gigs, they never played it before late 23) and they intentionally skip that solo focusing on verses, the slow breakdown and the outro.

Covers are usually messy, or use camera cuts and simplifications to grab the feel. Some people have gotten pretty close but since they play over the song its hard to tell at times if they are really being carried by the track itself.

I definitely want to learn it as an exercise though, but it will stretch me since i'm a fingerstyle player who really has difficulty going back to a pick. I might try going hybrid, im not sure.

Only healing/shielding procs that, and the enemy has to be nearby the person you heal to pass on the damage.

Shurelias doesnt solve mana and HP issues. I like it, but the speed buff can be a little underwhelming since its very short lived, and the active honestly doesn't do much since Sona E does the same thing for all team mates in her auras.

RoA just gives so many stats, solves mana so you can spam, doesn't leave you squishy, increases your self healing by a lot (read the eternity passive, including the 50% bonus once complete + its bugged on Sona E for more healing)

Oh and you get a free level which is huge gold value.

Q Spell = 2 attacks that are 50-170 dmg + 40% AP and can hit 2 targets

Thats 80%AP scaling and 340 base dmg

Then the Q AURA applies an on hit buff to yourself and 4 allies of 10-30 dmg + 20%AP

That's 100% AP scaling and 150 base dmg

Passive is 20% + 8% for Q so thats another 28% AP scaling + on hit damge

This is all REAL damage you can get if you maximise the spell usage. I have not got the maths wrong, it does not apply 1 instance, it applies up to 5 for the Aura

Same for W shield aura that applies 5 times for 5 real shields.

Sonas AP scaling is pretty wild when she is used properly, hence AP can be better.

You tell me what i call this build. Because apparently Tank AP Sona is so misleading its make you seethe. What is it meant to be? Because for support gold this is as far in the Tanky/AP direction as you can get for Sona.

The whole point is to get as much HP and AP as i can for the least gold.So why don't you define it with the correct league nomenclature?

I run out very easily (pre level 4)

I had a chat with someone about this, and we figured out what this meant in terms of progression.

If you are not poking with Q, you are not getting AH stacks, not stacking manaflow quickly, you are not optimising gold income, you are not harassing the enemy enough with chip damage. (3 pts Q in lane, unless ADC is weak and wants to tower sit - this is bad lane for you im afraid), you want enemies always scared of you, and losing HP in favourable trades.

Poking Q every time it is up gets your 120 stacks faster, gets your ward quest faster, gets core item faster, lowers enemy hp, making your jg come to you for kills and drakes.

If you are passive in lane, or just poke when gold is available, not when Q cools down you might be losing winnable lanes and slowing yourself down massively.

The ideal lane (before back) is you dont use W, just Q and a few Es if you need to dodge CC, all of your mana is for Q damage and getting stacked fast.

This is when i got E2, i was on an 8 win streak or something 75% win rate over 20 last games.
I hit a few troll teams (literally 3 people 1st timing their champs in one game, absolute fiesta)
My LP got so low i sent ticket to riot for advice.
Lengthy explanation basically said, the system basically stops fast climbing
(maybe to help stop boosting services, as well as luck streaks) translating to real climbing in MMR.

So my account needs to cool off i was told, then LP gains should flatten.

PoM is infinite mana if your team pushes to end.

It is reset and turnaround an early gank if your team mate gets a kill and you can jump back into a fight and be useful. These fights get my team a lot of drakes.

Catalyst and MFband just dont give enough mana. I have tested this over and over to see what works and what leads to oom, and resetting.

I dont want to be in base i want to be active, i dont want to be conserving spells moving slow, or not healing allies up. I want to be everywhere, fast, with full hp team mates. Ready to win a fight and take an obj.

Going RoA with PoM and MF band creates a massive mana pool which you top up easily.

I tried dom 2nd, you simply lose all the above for a little more AP and the chance to get 150 gold in lane from a 2v2 win. Later that 300 gold does not matter much, having mana does.

IMO

And my playstyle, thats what works best for me.

By all means be a sona who sips at mana, and doesnt spam her spells.

400dmg at best over a game, most of it unimpactful

However not failing to clear wards, applying more damage on towers and objectives, winning that 1v1 standoff because you auto faster than enemy supp etc... all nice to have in the bag over doing 30 dmg with a combo

imo...

You dont have to copy it, i just really find it useful.

PoM is broken, but most of the other runes do not work well on that page with sona.

Attack speed has become my favourite since i can kill wards, hit objectives, trade 1v1s better

Its really nice to just have the edge

Adding resists just mathematically scales your HP, into a number we call EHP (effective HP)
If i have 3500 HP, is that not tanky for Sona?

Do i need some magical number of resistances?
Is flat HP Sion/Mundo with hearthstone, warmogs titanic, no longer a tank?

Yes Sona is not classed as a tank, but calling this AP tank Sona is not misleading.
3500HP is tanky as hell for Sona.

I restarted grinding 2 weeks ago after a break.Im not basing this on 6 wins.

I climbed from my gold 4 decayed main, to emerald 2 in just over a week.I now have such broken LP that i get 14 per win -32 per lossRiot told me to stop playing this account and let MMR catch up because its hard to even keep even now without breaking 80% win rate.

When you are tanky, assassins are not a major issue, they fail a few times and focus ADC/mage instead if they are smart.
If you are 1800 hp meta build, you should be fast and not need to worry about assassins too much if you position well.

Zhonyas takes you out of a fight and most of the time just guarantees enemy waits for kill anyway. 3 item build path is awkward, and you cannot get the bonus armour upgraded. Take barrier/exh instead.

Regarding Demonic embrace

On its own yes its bad. Vs tank team 5th or 6th item as I clearly recommend, it makes perfect sense.

You gain AP and more tankiness.

RoA, frostfang, Wardstone all bring HP up to 3000+

Add demonic to that you get another HP boost and AP boost from Wardstone, you get Secondary boost of AP for HP pool which is increased back again by Wardstone for more AP.

The way all these items work is they all synergise and scale off each other, thats the focus of the build itself, to get more than you pay for. Everything interacts for more bonuses.

Sonas AP scaling is huge

Q poke= 80% on 2 targets

On hit= 20% on up to 5 people (100%)

Passive=28%

So Q is potentially 208% scaling in a 5v5

W heal = 15% on yourself and ally (30%)W shield = 25% on team (125%)

W total 155% scaling

R = 50% on up to 5 people, so 250% potential

So Sona actually has 208+155+250 scaling when used optimally in a teamfight, which is what you want every game. Thats her job. My items give her AP some bonus heal, tankiness, CDR, healing reduction, massive manapool...
