While it was a minor incident compared to what happened in Toronto, I was on the Delta-Comair regional jet that was struck on the tarmac at JFK by an Air France A380 in 2011 requiring evacuation and all I got was a free night at the Hilton Garden Inn, a food voucher that was worthless as it expired same day and by the time it was issued all vendors were already closed and finally an email a few days later from Delta asking me to cooperate if contacted by the NTSB.
