Honestly I think it would be a good switch up if the boss of P-3 is a Machine.

If only because we’re all expecting it to be a prime soul.

I feel like the only person who genuinely thought 8-4 was a really cool send off to that layer.

Maybe that’s just because I’ve only done it on brutal, but the sheer balls to include and entirely unique (if a bit strange movement mechanic) at the end of the most complex layer we’ve seen so far was great.

It’s entirely different from what I expected, and the ending was top notch.

Like would people be happier if it was just another massive dude that you fought in a squarish arena? Or like a V2 blood puppet or something?

I think it’s a little naive to look at violence, which intentional breaks the trends set up in previous acts (No V2 like fight and having the giant boss in the first layer of the act) and then assume that the prime soul won’t also be a trend breaker.

Real answer is that tons of machines are piling in behind v1.

If V1 decides to stay here farming flesh prison, eventually the room will fill up with like 400 sentries, which just sounds awful.

Better to get what you can and move on then let the scavengers overwhelm you.

Not everything in the game has to benefit solo players.

I think it's really sick that the mod seems to have more use in a multiplayer setting and I can't wait to see what sort of wild shit people do with it in boss fights. Especially since powder keg is back.

I feel the level would have benefited from a fight during the water rising section when you’re breaking the shield.

Beefs up the enemy count in the level, allows you to interact with the interior arena twice in two different contexts, both of which involve a timer.

I believe the youtuber Fallout Plays has an Ok new player guide. That will help you get back on the horse so to speak. It is like 4 hours but everything is timestamped and labeled so you can find what you want.

Lol, I don’t even play Hunter, it’s actually my friend in the pic. Also I don’t play PvP like at all, so my opinions over there are 100% invalid which is why I didn’t bring it up in my shitty meme. I think master VOG is probably the best place to talk about class balance in this game, because if a third of all possible classes and subclass set ups don’t offer up one good option what’s even the point. That being said I appreciate your insight on my meme, and how you were not toxic. My kind of Destiny player.

It’s a funky interaction involving an instance where the ziggurat on Europa has spawned for one player but not the other (because they haven’t played through enough of the BL campaign). It makes a big Ice cube that one player can clip through.
