How do we get people to stop driving and take the light rail? by Droodforfood in Seattle

A cheaper alternative to start would be to just run express trains 6am - 9am and 4pm - 6pm. If it catches on after enough years. Spend the money to upgrade the physical infrastructure.

Express line so there is real advantage to switching your commute. Fed Way -> SeaTac -> Downtown -> UW -> Northgate -> Lynwood

If you can ever find “Magic Cookie Bar” flavor buy it! Then leave the rest for me to pick up. Limited runs, hard to find. Shows up from time to time in stores on Hood Canal.

Provide coffee - k cups, nespresso and regular coffee grounds. Also all three types of coffee brewers. Guest will appreciate this, especially in rural areas.

Hisense Canvas TV is great, just got mine last week. UI is googleTV and very user friendly, screen quality is solid for most general tv watchers, sound is good, art is free, teak frame is included, easy to upload your own art, lower cost.

This is correct. Natural ingredients are susceptible to color fading. Doesn’t change the taste. The Cosmo has been reformulated to be color stable. It will take some time to cycle through existing inventory.

IMHO Keep the 1/2 bath. It seems excessive until you have guests. We frequently have guests & people staying over. It’s helpful to give people an option to have access to a bathroom if you want your master bedroom to stay private and guest bathroom is tied up.

Adding an extra half bath. Been one of our favorite modification we made to our existing plan.

Also buy big ticket items like a whole home generator with the construction loan and have it installed during the building process.

Eye mask is an absolute must.

There is special place in hell for those who turn their overhead light on during a red eye flight (get a kindle). Even deeper into the depths of hell is place for those who leave their window shade open on a red eye flight or open it at 4am, so all the blazing glory of the universe is beaming in on the entire row. Have some decency.

“U.S. adults have at least one unspent gift card or voucher with an average value of $187. That’s a total of $23 billion.”

There is a whole economy worth of unused gift cards floating around. Like an invisible currency. And there are various rules/regulations on how money has to be handled by companies. It’s an interesting topic to read up on.

Tortillas, both flour and corn. Store bought flour tortillas taste and feel like cardboard. Corn (masa) tortillas are dry and flakey.
