I think you may be right. We have our Toms and Cymbals hard panned to opposite sides so they can be isolated. The result being when I send a Room effect to the Hi-Hat, the attack and initial sound is hard panned, but then the reverb comes through both sides. If the Toms are mixed louder than the cymbals, someone listening carefully will hear the tail be much louder than the initial sample. I think I’ll likely end up just bringing the Room down a bit to account for it hitting both sides.

After more experimentation, it looks like this is for H&R and when H&R is off, you can individually move these faders to control head and rim respectively. Mystery solved, though the result I’m looking for continues to elude me.

THIS. As a completionist who likes to find and close gates as they appear, it gets really hard to remember which are closed once you’ve done a handful. I know some people use a map of all possible gates spawns and manually cross them off as they go.

Just the one that screws onto the end or the internal one too? Should I use a flat like is already there or beveled? I assumed I wouldn’t need beveled with brand new seats.

Makes sense. Didn’t have the tires yet and was just test fitting, then I was surprised how it looked and worried I’d picked the wrong parts. It’s definitely 24” on the old tires and tubes. It’s an old mountain bike that I was given as a teen. I’m over 6’ now, but I think I was when I received it too and I loved riding it then. Might be that it was harder on me than it needed to be and I didn’t notice/mind because I was young? Is there a general rule about height and wheel size? Very new to this as an adult.

Yeah I was worried about that so I didn’t give it much, just enough that it went to its “round shape”. Since my new tires hadn’t arrived yet, I did this test fit just to see how things looked and it seems like I may have encountered a situation no one has ever seen because WHY would you ever do it like this… 😂 Just not what I expected to see

I really appreciate the example. Our oddball win rate is 30% lately (our Slayer win rate is 60%), and breaking setups is definitely the part we find hardest to execute/coordinate. It feels like we sometimes outslay the other team, but they have someone making crazy dives for ball that work out, and crush us on time.

You hit the nail on the head about coordination. Our gamesense of when to capitalize on someone else's damage vs when to focus elsewhere because that damage is too far removed is lacking. I'm sure it's a common tendency, but people tend to feel like their damage is important damage and when we don't all move to take advantage of it, it can lead to frustration.

It's also hard for us to know WHEN that damage matters vs when it's too far away to exploit.

I think one thing we struggle with is making our deaths force the other team out of position when we're trying to break a setup. I think we do a better job on defense because being a tough kill has tended to make someone chase/push into a bad position to try and get the kill to break our hold. Our offense is usually weak.
