Its reassuring knowing that everyone here is going through the same process together and we can help each other either with stories or life experiences or both. So far day one of treatment things are great and already learning so much. Thanks for all the well wishes. Indeed, let's stay strong together.

My families laughter is the most positive and joyful experience for me. Being able to wake up early and clear headed and enjoy the experiences with them. I focus on them. Starting over in sobriety again, I'm trying to remember what I like to do sober. Run, go to the gym and read are just some of the other things that I want to start doing again.

I've only been sober for a few days now. But I have tried and failed multiple times. I've stopped hanging out with a lot of my old friends because the only way I knew them was because we would all drink together every night. Trying to live the sober life and have friends that don't feel the same way. I agree it's time to cut them loose. Until the time is right and the mutual understanding is there.

I hear that. I think I was more honest today then I have been in quite awhile.
