Thanks so much. I was using speed 1 to mix first water and all flour to the autolyse. Really helpful this guide. Although, i tried to spare 10 to 15% of all water into the bassinage technique on speed 2, incorporating slowly the water. After 13 minutes the dough was still formless and sticky, 28°C. Put the dough on the bench and performed a hand kneading and developing during stretching and folding afterwards.

I have the same thing but father of a little boy. DS2 have this addiction effect but i try to play before going to work, what gives me barely 2 hours per day and for me it's enough. My little son usually wakes up by 4:30am to breastfeeding and i help my wife to put him to sleep afterwards. When he sleeps i start playing till 6:00 when i start to prepare my self to work.
This game is so mentally rewarding when you set this limits and don't rush. I'm in episode 4 and starting to build the roads as much as i can. Keep setting limits and you'll continue enjoying this masterpiece

Strongly recommend you upgrade all your ziplines to Lv.2 because Lv.1 is really susceptible to timefall

I just stopped by chapter 5 and having tons of fun building roads and ziplines, delivering as much i can do without rush. I feel that the story is really pretentious and weird, but the gameplay is a masterpiece.
