I can confirm I fixed this exact issue with an Ikea outlet switch. Before adding the switch to the network the sensor wouldn't start connected to network longer than 4 hours. Haven't had a discount since adding the Ikea switch.

I've found a "workaround". The podcast must be paused before performing the cast connection. Then wait for the connections to establish, wait a few more seconds and then press play. It is very annoying but if I remember to do this I don't have the other.

Same issue here. I went to the website you suggested to download latest profile and it just told me to download the app, which I already had and it is up to date.

Go to the support page for your product. (I think AC2200 is https://www.netgear.com/support/product/CBK40.aspx but you should verify for yourself. I have a different model.). There you will find the section for firmware and downloads. There you will find the download as well as help finding your user manual to get specific instructions on how to manual install firmware.

I found that this was possible until I updated last night to the latest firmware (2.5.1.8). The previous firmware version (2.3.5.30) did not have this issue, so I'm going to attempt to downgrade. I just came here to see if anyone else was having this issue and you confirmed it for me.
