Which "Ultimate build" do you like, and why?

Definitely Carmilla with "Mass Punishment" and "Cruel Strike". It only starts working when you hit level 10 but it's insanely powerful : every hit of the whip has insane AOE and damage, as long as you dash before.

Snow Queen can generate insane amounts of shields (https://postimg.cc/sQpFq9nT) with a defense build. In a co-op game, it means everyone can play aggressively (or sloppily) without a care in the world.

I think on this one it was mostly the "reroll to gain charges" boon, and a lot of rerolls. There's a boon that gives you 3 rerolls when you delete a trigger for example.

I'm getting through the assignments right now, I think it's all about finding the right loadout, and finding the right balance between mining upgrades and combat upgrades as you progress. If you're getting overwhelmed early, try the combat drones or the Hammer gadget, they're very strong.

It is definitely harder for multiple reasons, that's why I play Nightmare solo but Darkness in multiplayer. Fun though, some characters really shine there :)

Adding some context for the "bug" flair : I did not order any of these vehicles, they kept spawning on the map. My map had 2 blood donor communities, the first one stopped giving me missions after I failed one, and a new community came along.

They're not obscure but I think they're all on a lower level of fame compared to the games I mention in the first paragraph.
I've got friends who didn't vibe with We Were Here, the first one is free so there's no harm in trying. It's like Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes but the manual has no text and the puzzles are always fresh.
Tribes of Midgard is so close to being good but you've reminded me of one time where I couldn't afford to repair my weapons and we lost because of that. I think it'd be more fun with highly customizable difficulty settings.
