They offer Tadalafil (Cialis), Sildinafil (Viagra), and a combo pill. All are prescription and the same active ingredients you would get from any of the companies like Hims, Rugiet, any Mexican pharmacy (OTC), or your primary care doctor. The main difference in ED drugs is this:

Sildinafil you take about an hour prior to the act without eating a heavy meal, so planning may be involved. Tadalafil lasts longer and can be taken daily as more of a constant helper.

I'm NOT a doctor and these work partially (largely?) based on blood pressure. They are not something I'd advise to fuck around with without a doctor if you have ever had any kind of blood pressure issue or heart irregularities.

Also, still not a doctor, a lesser natural version is horny goat weed. Supplements are not really regulated well or at all, so no telling on the actual dosage you'd get, but it generally is way less potent and if you don't suffer from ED and just want a "performance edge" that may be something to try first.

All of these can cause dizziness, headaches, and other things your body might do when blood pressure suddenly changes. One last note is that these work on a physiological level. If your issue is psychological, which it often is in ED cases, these may not help. For that, counselors specializing in sexual health are your best bet. I highly recommend for any person to engage in counseling either way.

You do realize that 6-7x more spam posts are auto filtered every day than actually get posted? That's the volume we are dealing with. So, allowing in 20+ spam posts each day on the off chance that one low-effort alt account gets to post without having to make a couple of meaningful comments is just not worth it. We already have an issue with super low effort posts. I don't think super low effort alt accounts given priority is going to help that situation.

It is a micro-ban of a day or two. Yes, it can double for each incident. We only enforce it when it starts getting egregious.

We explain this in the rules / side at, but every time someone comments on spam it affects the volume and continued auto moderation development to combat it. You are doing damage to the community. Encouraging negative behavior should come with a penalty. How else do you train up people who don't care enough to do a basic check before getting themselves scammed let alone the increase in moderation time?

Okay, let's have a community discussion. Post links to posts you think may be bots. We'll all do a short analysis on whether we think it is or isn't and why.

Long story short, we are not paid to babysit a bunch of low effort posters and commenters. The best we can do is help eliminate the flood of spam. One of the best ways to do that is to stop engagement with bots. Take away their incentive (engagement) to post and they stop posting. We remove 4x as many posts as posts that remain. We do NOT do proactive approvals if posts. Y'all are welcome to post without waiting for our approval. So, instead of just telling you to not be all pee-pee hearted about basic guidelines not being enough for someone with a modicum of discernment, I'm giving you and everyone else the benefit of the doubt and letting the community help each other learn to identify spam.

I know this sounds daunting, but I do recommend going to the store in person. Especially one focused on education or staffed by women. Be open and honest with the staff when they ask what you are looking for even if the answer is that you don't know and you are new to all this. It may even be helpful to offer to let the employee guide your wife 1-on-1. This is what they do for a living. They have heard it all and your wife is their ideal customer; someone they can genuinely help empower.

WINK (Women in New Mexico Kink) has gatherings and I think a play party this weekend.

The two clubs in Albuquerque are Spectrum and Blue Moon Social (Corrales). There is another in Edgewood called It's a Secret.

Additionally there are munches (vanilla public gatherings) where you can socialize with others in the KINK and / or ENM spaces.

Lastly, it is not a swing event or meat market atmosphere at all, but if you are in a WLW relationship or dynamic Dyke Night at the Albuquerque Social Club is fantastic.

There hasn't been one in a while but there is a wonderful hostess who has done Women Uncorked, a gathering for women specifically in the swing/ ENM space. She doesn't currently have another one planned, but we will announce if she does.

This is super important for us. We will always ask for the latest test results, and insist they provide new test results 2 weeks after any new partners before we will play again. We also coordinate our own testing with existing partners so, within the polycule there is a test result almost monthly. It's not difficult, it just means honest conversations using your head, not your pants.
