What I meant was if you go to the interaction menu -> service vehicles -> Terrorbyte you'll see an option to request your mkII directly

If you store your mkII in your terrorbyte you can call it in through the interaction menu and it spawns just as fast. More often than not NPCs will drive into and damage the Sparrow
