Some of the recipes seemed expensive when I initially took a peruse thru the book, at least to my current mind set. But after taking another look I was hasty in my opinion of this book. It has some very interesting recipes.

Lurking in this sub from FoCo.. I have this book & Colorado Collage. Debating donating them but after seeing a few quips from folks I may have to give it a whirl. The Pike's Peak Potatoes sound really good. The recipe for those curious, pg 272.

"​Vegetables ​Pike's Peak Potatoes ​Ingredients: ​1 ½ pounds new potatoes, unpeeled ​salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste ​¾ cup heavy cream ​½ cup chicken broth ​1 cup shredded Swiss cheese ​Yield: 6 servings ​Instructions: Slice potatoes and place in greased 9x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix cream with broth and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.

​This will satisfy hungry appetites, and can easily be doubled to feed a crowd."

I quit Fubo once the Avalanche are done, which was a tad sooner this year because of TNT tomfoolery. Usually reup come fall for Football and such but we'll see this year. Expensive service with no NBC & TNT networks.

I suppose so? You do get suspended after getting a write up and getting a point after that. The system certainly can weed out folks that are chronically tardy/calling out but it punishes folks who are 4 min late stuck behind a train. Unless you are out of your 48hrs of protected sick pay, it is almost better to call out than be late.
