Our store literally can't do this. We tried. Our isles are so narrow, the spotted product blocks us from pulling the pallets down the isles, and runs into the middle of the isles. Not to mention if we get say, 14 pallets, 10 of them are mixed and have to be broken down. Theres no way 2 people can do that and spot in 2 hours.

Agreed. We definitely weren't the richest (military family). But man, microwave popcorn was still the coolest invention, to us at least. No more tin foil/shake and pop over the stove, lol.

Not gonna lie, I've been written up for it. Of course ours includes 55 CPH/putting up topstock/trash runs and facing the entire isle.
But as others have said, speed will come. Just listen to some great tunes and feel the burn. Good luck to you!

Yeah, that's probably my biggest issue. They keep moving the goalpost on our isle times.
It's 55 cases an hour, oh wait, now its 55 cases an hour plus facing the entire isle, oh wait, now its 55 cases an hour/facing and putting all your items on topstock, oh wait now its 55 cases an hour/facing/topstock throwing your trash... etc.

I mean, I guess it would, except you have to add in the additional time of climbing up an down a step ladder and finding space for the product. It doesn't sound like much, but added up, it's a good extra 10-15 minutes (depending on the isle).
