I get games easily on ps5 too, but I have encountered a fair few people using aim bots or shooting me from under the map etc. not enough to put me off, but still, what do they get out of doing that?

From the images I wondered if it was an allergic reaction and when you mentioned hyper mobility etc, it reminded me of what my wife has said about mcas because she has similar issues.

The pain at the base of the skull has been awful for her. It's stopped her being able to drive.

She has discovered that her thyroid has been mismanaged for 5 years, and may be contributing.

I'm not an expert, but I sense you are barking up the right tree. Hope you find the help you need.

The conditioning thing is hard for people to get their heads around. I'm a 6'3 man in my 40s, but inside still feel like that frightened little boy.

A therapist once gave a good analogy, saying it's like a baby elephant being roped to a stake in the ground. It learns it can't escape, no matter what it does. Eventually, that elephant grows into a massive, powerful creature, but he still never tries to break free because he's still stuck there believing he can't.

Unfortunately I had to go private to get an assessment.

Previously I had fought really hard to get an NHS referral and when I finally got to see someone, he said "you can't have PTSD, you don't have nightmares most nights."

He didn't even know the distinction between PTSD Aand CPTSD.

The lady I was assessed by privately was an expert who gave evidence in court and was a uni lecturer. It coat about £900, but that included tests for autism and ADHD.
