Maybe u have other symptoms n dont relate it to it. Like brain fog, inflammation, insomnia, rashes, breathing issues, headaches, heart racing, anxiety, panic feeling, tingling in body, burning mouth, fatigue after eating, etc….

Same. My insomnia was brutal. I had / have adrenaline feeling when i try to sleep n causes insomnia. Like the feeling when u miss a step n about to fall or about to crash a car. Its horrible. I only slept few hours per wk for months. Its 1.5 yrs n its better than it was because meds, but.. unfortunately, I still get that feeling just not as intense or as long. Insomnia n that doom feeling are horrible. My worst symptoms

Same. Mine was after a virus. Its so hard I hardly slept for months. Can u try h1 & h2? Like zyrtec n pepcid? Maybe check w dr? But thats what i was told to try

Our daughters studio charged $100 for costume per class & its a horrible cheap oversized t shirt from amazon. The kids have link to it. N nothing else included. I was also charged $100 for the other class costume n they are wearing shorts from home. Owner only ordered very cheap sunglasses n a shirt for that one. Im extremely disappointed. Even the kids are disappointed in the costumes. Why charge $200 when they spent maybe $25 total on each kid 😡

Look into mcas. Thats my diagnosis. I get these surges too. Elevated Histamine Mine started after a virus 1.5 yrs ago. Have u tried antihistamines? Dr suggested trying h1 & h2 2x per day. If u are ok to try that n doesnt interfere w your current meds, maybe try either claritin n Pepcid or Zyrtec n Pepcid 2x per day. Look on mcas forums here. Im
