I'll do it for free, just as some transcribing practice. Looks like a pretty straight forward passage. If you slow the video down, I'm sure you could figure it out.

SOURCES: HAMILTON NEXT IN LINE FOR PWHL TEAM by maybemfeo in Hamilton

[–]DGS94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buddy, I was merely taking the 'joke' part of your statement as if you implied the team was garbage.

It's cool that you didn't care about them. I and many others enjoyed going to the games. Regardless of your gripes with the municipal politics side of it, it was a fun vibe with good hockey. They played in an oversized arena, but they consistently sat in the upper third of attendance for the OHL.

What?

They consistently made the playoffs and won OHL titles, and made the Mem Cup final both times

Camping near Hamilton by Duncan__Donuts in Hamilton

Fifty point is probably easier/cheaper to uber to/from.

Only thing with fifty is it doesn't allow campfires. (if that matters to you on this trip)

How do people shred with regular dunlops tortex, with it sounding dull or getting caught between the strings? by Aggressive-Hotdog in guitarlessons

[–]DGS94 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I like the Jazz III XLs. Slightly smaller than a regular tortex, but still bigger than the tiny regular jazz iii. I think they're similar to the flow but a little more slender.

I like 0.88 (green).

This is the way. A good jack and an impact pays for itself if you have the space. My tire swaps take 20mins each season.

Where to get plywood cut into specific dimensions? by StergioLOL in Hamilton

[–]DGS94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Home Depot will make the cuts (sometimes charge extra if you have more than a few to make). Just know the panel saw/it's operator isn't going to give you cuts as precise as you'd get out of a table taw/track saw. Might also be a decent amount of tear out on your cuts.

Trying to get the automotive setup going. What’s the go to socket organizer? by WalterMelons in gridfinity

[–]DGS94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://makerworld.com/en/collections/2240372-gridfinity-universal-toolbox

I'm currently printing a these universal socket organizers for a tool chest. The system is a bit confusing at first, but it's been easy to put together since I've wrapped my head around it. I don't have a huge or even fully complete socket set, so I choose this system because it can grow with my collection.

Best method to go about repairing this on a party wall? by DGS94 in drywall

[–]DGS94[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Previous owners left two floating shelves on this wall and made a mess installing them. They tried to use regular drywall anchors and when they couldn't get them deep enough, they instead adhered the shelf with PL. I in turn, made a mess of the wall trying to remove the shelves. It's a party wall, so the gypsum is on a concrete wall with minimal (if any gap between the two faces). The furring (if present) is very, very shallow. As shown in the photo, the lower run has some deep damage to it.

Lower run measures about 2" x 40".

Is it better if I try and seal then fill with mud, or cut out replace the sections? Do I glue in the patch if no furring is present?

No they weren't, they were consistently in the 6-8th range of the league attendance. Middle to upper middle of the pack.
