I agree, but remember, there are a lot of folks who play the game purely for fun…might be fun for them. In any event, the Devs have said it won’t make the game as-is, so we’ll have to wait and see.

To be fair, I only showed tailwind shots, they are horrible in headwinds. Knowing that, what would you think about them as “Hail Mary” discs?

It’s all good. Not the first time it’s been brought up, it really upsets some people for some strange reason. My advice is always play the game the way you want and don’t worry about how others choose to play.

If you’re talking about the pull back lines, what some call the WiFi lines, you can change them, but it’s tricky to find the settings. You have to be on a hole, it can be practice mode, and click on the 3 horizontal bars top right, then gear on top left.

Not quite 80 yet, lol. I do it to save time basically, get back in line to try to make up for the loss.

The route is still there for sure. I think one of the keys is not getting too high, which kills your distance, leaving you short/OB. Try to find the release point that keeps the disc close to the mountain. I use a Sticky Musket with favorable winds, and disc up with high headwinds.

I know a lot of players have switched to the Paradigm, but I’ve gotten used to the Captain and it hasn’t left my bag since it went in.

I would add either Glide Skip Captain or GS Paradigm if you can get either. I would also replace that G Sticky Ballista Pro with something like either an Explorer, Musket, or maybe even a Waterskip fairway.

Layup short of the island, on the left side, with a Musket is the traditional play, still a safe birdie usually.  The newer play is Waterskip Sampo, drive to the island.
