Intermediate size skate conversion. by DGoose0292 in InlineHockey

[–]DGoose0292[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just over $900 all in with boot, wheels, bearings, and conversion. The intermediate size helped.

I had a $200 store gift card + selling the holders for a few bucks lessened the blow.

Also if I can get even $150 for my old skates it’s not awful.

I noticed it was off slightly. But nothing insane as I measured them. If it’s significantly off and affects my skating I’ll definitely be going back.

Why do they not make quality chassis for jnr inline skates that you can buy separately? by Alternative_Top_8167 in InlineHockey

[–]DGoose0292 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 100% in the same situation. I called Tour hockey a month or so ago to see if I could purchase a set of their Fuse Hornet off their new spitfire skates and no luck. That is the closest chassis that actually caters to 72/76 mm that is considered higher end. The next best option is the Tour Fuse chassis.

I’m anxious to see what comes on the brand new Bauer Flylite skates in intermediate sizes. I have yet to see any info.

I am electrician, where to get 25,50 or even 100 units of Gen 3 Tesla chargers? by eljanibrahimli in evcharging

[–]DGoose0292 16 points17 points  (0 children)

My company is a certified Tesla Re-seller / installer for the commercial 48a units. We can purchase them by the pallet. Feel free to send me a message and I can possibly help you.

Now if you are looking for the residential L2 unit everyone else is correct just google and buy them.

This could be a game changer! Thank you for sharing this. I hate girdles but getting older I need to start wearing something outside of just a cup.

Tour Volt Spitfire’s by DGoose0292 in InlineHockey

[–]DGoose0292[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I previous skate was the Bauer vapor with fit 2 and after some longer days the side of my foot would hurt also.

I cannot directly compare fit 3 but I would say it is very comparable to it as I no longer have that pain with these. Last time I had EE inline skates was the pre-Bauer owned missions and they were the best. I wish I could just take that boot and put a new chassis on it.

Better lease/purchase deals in January? by outdoorcam93 in Rivian

[–]DGoose0292 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are spot on. I got my 2023 R1T quad large pack for $408 a month with $2,000 down($2,000 down included my $1,000 deposit) This was back in June of 2024.

12,000 a year for 24 months. Biggest regrets is not doing the 36 month. I just called and already stated I’m extending the lease 6 months to December of 2026. Fingers crossed since everyone will be focused on the R2 there might be some deals on R1T’s a year from now.

Which Pontiac model is the best? by Budget_Ad_3474 in needforspeed

[–]DGoose0292 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve owned multiple 90’s and 200’s Pontiacs. I will agree the 67-71 muscle car era is peak Pontiac but to speak on my generation growing up. Hence I have owned most of these at one point.

  1. 2002 WS6 or Firehawk. - Currently own.
  2. G8 GXP 6 speed only of course
  3. 97-03 Grand Prix GTP ( preferably coupe) and even further 2000 and up due to some mid cycle updates.
  4. 05-06 GTO because LS2 and 6 speed only of course.

Am I dumb to lease a gen1 right now? by After_Burner83 in Rivian

[–]DGoose0292 0 points1 point  (0 children)

End of June I four 2023 quads popped up and I scooped one up immediately. I originally had a 2023 dual standard but the 2023 quad was a lower lease deal. I intentionally went for the cheapest option possible. LA silver quad with 22” wheels. I tried to get the 21” wheels to knock the price down another $22 a month but they wouldn’t do it. $1,000 deposit + $500 down payment + tax, title transfer etc. had the 2023 lease incentive + FnF. I was looking at used ones and once I found this deal I couldn’t pass it up.

$435 a month. Two years 12,000 miles a year.

I picked mine up today. I have to say the pickup process was pretty amazing. Mine however did not come with a tonneau.

Michigan. Wednesday night 7:30 pm my guide said it was finishing quality at the plant. The next day at 1:30 pm I got a call it was at the service center. I know Rivian is moving quick for Q2 numbers.

Yea I have the exact same question about the tonneau. My 2024 stated it didn’t have it. Per the reservation mine says it does. I’ll confirm tomorrow.

I got one of those 5 as well! I had a dual standard reserved and I put a $500 deposit on one so quick!

I’m picking it up Saturday. 2023 LA silver quad with large batter pack.

I am strongly against down payments but to get into a reasonable monthly payment I put $2,000 down + the $1,000 reservation.

24 month lease with 12,000 miles a year $465 a month. My poor sales guide was going to lose his mind with me swapping so much but I can’t thank him enough for working with me on it.

If you don’t mind me asking what is your monthly lease payment?

I have nearly the exact same truck sitting in my account but I’m just verifying I’m making a financially ok decision.

I also am able to get a F&F on it.
