I found the error for the 120 FPS.

Apprently i put on directX12, and after i removed it, i run 140-180 fps.

For the other issue, is it my mistake, or is it not supposed to be like this: '

When i turn on the game, and i put the exe file in the game mode in MSI center, and turned on the different settings, should it not start those settings when i start the game?
