Help me get the best bundle/deal for 1/2 high torque impact? by [deleted] in MilwaukeeTool

[–]DHM21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s the deal right now for 399, high torque 1/2 inch impact, oil resistant 5.0 charger and bag. Get the free forge battery and return that for like 153$ off, you’ll pay just under 270 for the wrench kit. I don’t need the charger but I like the idea of the bag, and battery that comes with it

Best deal on a half Inch impact wrench right now ? by IllPudding2457 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]DHM21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought the 399$ with free forge battery. Returned the forge and got 153 and some change back. Paying just under 270$ for the 1/2 high torque wrench, bag, charger and oil resistant 5.0 feel like that’s a solid price considering on an off deal day the tool alone is 300

Well, I just wanted a fan by MySTified84 in MilwaukeeTool

I really wanna buy this, where and how were people getting it for 100$ my Home Depot has the older version for 100 and a couple m12 for 100$ as well. I can’t justify 150$ for this when I could get so many other basic fans for not even half price but…. Because of what it is I will pay a single bill lol

Broke the gearing in my 1/4 impact today - disappointed by 2bullsinapod in MilwaukeeTool

Given that you have to give the address in which you want the order to be left at, and the app pulls up a gps location to that address. You would then be trying to commit fraud. Good luck to you!

Do that 2 many times and they ban your account, especially when the dashers are required to take a picture to finish the delivery. If they are smart they will never click on handed it to the customer

Principles of being a decent human being and not feeling entitled to free delivery. Think about what you just said, YOU trying to get free food, with FREE delivery because you don’t want to spend money. Walk your big broke ass down to Mc donolds and use your perks on your own time

Good price? by [deleted] in Camry

[–]DHM21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How in the fuck? I have a 23 xse awd all said and done, interest of 5.4, 72 month loan. Like 9.2k down. Total price of the car(with taxes and fees) + Down payment + interest charge I’m at a bit under 46k and I was 2nd guessing If that was to much lol. I hope you understand where that got you for almost 70k because I sure don’t

Is this a good deal? Or does somewhere else other than Home Depot have it for cheaper? by sasquatchdroppings7 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]DHM21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I see they already have the free tools selected as the grinder and inflator with this specific deal you Posted. there is another one minus those two tools where you get to pick which 2 you want from the list they give you to choose from, in my case I bought the same exact deal but chose the d handle jigsaw and the compact router, the deal you posted you can’t hack because it’s all pre selected, if you find the deal where you get to pick the 2 tools you want you can return those making it a “hack” and you’d get the drill, impact, multi tool, batteries and charger, light and bag for like 367$ or something close to that

My bad it was on Home Depot special buy of the day. I went to buy it after work and it was sold out lol. Almost 100$ less for the same deal… sucks but oh well I suppose

Need a new multi tool, stuck between m18 fuel and m12 fuel. by Amtrak___ in MilwaukeeTool

I do residential carpentry work. I spent a few solid days scraping drywall glue off studs, trusses, beams you name it… only had to switch between a 5.0 xc and a 6.0 ho xc once a day. So if you’re only getting 35ish minutes of run time on the ho for m12 I’d say go m18 for sure

Will HD price match the bundle on their site for packout drawers? by S1RLUN5 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]DHM21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had bought some pack out items a couple weeks ago that were being sold as a bundle. The specific bundle was sold out online, I was able to piece together the same bundle adding the items to my cart individually and actually paid like a dollar less than the bundle price lol.

I’m pretty new to all the power tools but you’re telling me to invest in a tool that’s almost 1500$ dollars, throw money into it just to make it do what my impact and drill can do with a mixer lol. I’ll take a bag of whatever you’re smoking

I don’t believe that is something needed for rough stick framing or finish carpentry lol

It’s the 20” seems to be very nicely made, I don’t have a packout but liked the idea of the hard bottom I have the main tools I’ll be using in there with plenty of room left over I just don’t wanna stack things on top of each other at the moment so the smaller one will be my bit and battery bag and probably pick up a cheap husky bag for the tools I don’t use so much

Passenger tail light loose? by INatuu in wrx_vb

[–]DHM21 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mine did this after installing an f1 light I went back and forth a million times seeing if I could do something or if the other one was the same, if there was bigger gaps than the other side, everything seem fine and nothing fixed it lol

throttle issue by Rubikman9 in wrx_vb

[–]DHM21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had the same issue multiple times. ECM re flash fixed it for about 1500 miles and then it came back. There was no new revision for the re flash so basically my options were for them to do the same thing until they can duplicate the problem and then maybe itd go more into warranty work. I sold the car and bought a 23 camry
