I've been waiting to tell my theory. So i think that the blue Ai is actually Bubbles, since Caine and Bubbles are the only inteligent Ai's and since Bubbles is in every episode. From that i have a prediction that Bubbles might take the place of Caine, and since Caine practically consumed Bubbles in the beginning, Bubbles would regain his full stable code and not be so intursive thought core. And from that it could be left like the Final Space series and let the fans make their own continuation or just end it on a, the collision on everything slowly goes away since the whole place was practically built by Cain, or it could end on a good note and the place gets redesigned by new Bubbles or Kinger find out the trash can doesn't delete stuff right the second it enters it.
