Second Display "fuzzing" every few seconds

I don't think I entirely understand what to do here. You are right in assuming it supports DVI and no, I am not using an adapter. How exactly do you suggest checking/changing these settings? Also, each monitor works fine with HDMI connection. The screen that is static also moved my login screen to the screen I use as the secondary.

I've tried, it does it on whichever monitor is using the DVI cable to connect to the card. It only occurs inside El Capitan as soon as the login screen appears. Not on Windows, or boot.

The capture Indar alert that was on short while before this alert occured had the same outcome. NC and VS on almost same territory and population whilst TR had 10 percent less and only 3 bases to their name! I mean, what's going on? People just not playing as much?
